The Air Release Valve and Pressure Gauge Kit for Jandy Cartridge Filter is an aftermarket filter cartridge built to replace the original component in Jandy filter tanks. In service it traps suspended particles as water passes through the pleated media. Replacement is routine: the pleats collapse and the media loses porosity, so pressure climbs and cycles between cleanings get shorter.
