Sourcing questions
What is your MOQ?
50 pcs per SKU for stocked items. Mixed cartons are welcome — you can combine SKUs to reach the order minimum. Samples are handled separately: we can supply a single piece so you can verify fitment before ordering in bulk.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. We ship samples by express before bulk production so you can verify fitment on real equipment.
What are your lead times?
Typically 15–25 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and whether custom packaging is involved.
Do you offer OEM and private-label packaging?
Yes — custom cartons and labels, your logo molded or printed on parts, and custom molds for volume programs.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T with a deposit against the order and the balance before shipment. Terms can be discussed for repeat programs.
How do you ship — air or sea?
Both. We quote FOB or CIF, by air for urgent or sample orders and by sea for container volumes.
