D.E. Filter Head with Vent Valve for Perflex Extended Cycle D.E. Filter — an aftermarket filter head dimensioned to drop into Hayward filtration systems without modification. In service it closes the top of the filter vessel and carries the port connections and air relief. It is a wear item: the sealing land and threads distort under pressure cycling until the vessel can no longer be sealed reliably.
