Tension Control Clamp Kit for Pool and Spa Filters, Black — an aftermarket clamp dimensioned to drop into Pentair filtration systems without modification. In service it holds the two halves of the filter tank together against internal pressure. This is a consumable in practice: the band corrodes and the tensioning hardware seizes, which is a serious safety issue on a pressure vessel. Ours is made from stainless steel with reinforced hardware.
