Product overview

C-8300 is an aftermarket pleated hot tub filter cartridge, 8 in. in diameter and 16-1/2 in. long, with 100 sq ft of filter area. Top: open w/ molded gasket (3-1/8" ID). Bottom: open w/ molded gasket (3-1/8" ID). Center opening: 3-1/8 in.

It interchanges with Filbur FC-3966.

OEM cartridges it replaces: Caldera 74817.

Before ordering, measure the old cartridge — overall length, outside diameter and both end fittings. Some catalogs quote the length of threaded top-load cartridges with the thread and some without, so a quarter-inch difference between listings is common.
