Product overview
C-5345 is an aftermarket pleated hot tub filter cartridge, 5-5/16 in. in diameter and 10-1/8 in. long, with 45 sq ft of filter area. Top: open (2-1/8" ID). Bottom: open (2-1/8" ID). Center opening: 2-1/8 in.
It interchanges with Pleatco PLBS50.
Pleatco lists PLBS50 as discontinued in its 2025-26 catalog and names ULTRA-S10 as the successor. This cartridge keeps the original 5-5/16 x 10-1/8 in. size, so it drops into the same filter housing.

Before ordering, measure the old cartridge — overall length, outside diameter and both end fittings. Some catalogs quote the length of threaded top-load cartridges with the thread and some without, so a quarter-inch difference between listings is common.
