Product overview

5CH-25 is an aftermarket pleated hot tub filter cartridge, 5-5/8 in. in diameter and 6 in. long, with 25 sq ft of filter area. Top: semi-circular handle. Bottom: 1-1/2" male thread/MPT.

It interchanges with Pleatco PMAX25P4.

Pleatco lists PMAX25P4 as discontinued in its 2025-26 catalog. This cartridge keeps the original 5-5/8 x 6 in. size, so it drops into the same filter housing.

OEM cartridges it replaces: Maax Spas of AZ 108868.

Fitment notes: Replacement for Maax Spas.

Before ordering, measure the old cartridge — overall length, outside diameter and both end fittings. Some catalogs quote the length of threaded top-load cartridges with the thread and some without, so a quarter-inch difference between listings is common. We supply spa service companies, dealers and online retailers: MOQ 50 pcs per part, mixed cartons welcome, and single samples to confirm fit before a production order.
