Product overview
This pump lid / trap cover is a compatible replacement for the Sta-Rite original, supplied as the Trap Cover Assembly, Sta-Rite Inground Pump. In service it seals the strainer pot and lets the operator see and clear the basket without breaking plumbing. Replacement is routine: the clear plastic crazes and clouds with chemical exposure, and the sealing surface distorts so the pump loses prime. Ours is molded in clear polycarbonate.
