Product overview
This lateral / center pipe is a compatible replacement for the Pentair original, supplied as the Extra Long Lateral for Sand Filter (6-Pack). In service it collects filtered water from the bottom of the sand bed while holding the sand back. It is a wear item: the slots widen or the arms snap, which sends sand into the pool. Ours is molded in reinforced thermoplastic.
