The Outlet Tube and Elbow Assembly with O-Rings for CV and CL Filters, Compatible with Jandy is an aftermarket union / fitting built to replace the original component in Jandy filtration systems. In service it connects sections of plumbing and allows equipment to be removed without cutting pipe. It is a wear item: the nut threads strip and the seat distorts, so the joint can no longer be sealed by hand. Ours is molded in PVC / reinforced thermoplastic.
