The Single-Speed Impeller Assembly for Sta-Rite Inground Pumps is an aftermarket impeller built to replace the original component in Pentair circulation pumps. In service it accelerates water through the volute and generates the flow and head the pump is rated for. It is a wear item: the vanes wear and the eye clogs with debris, which shows up as reduced flow and lower filter pressure. Ours is molded in glass-filled thermoplastic.
