The Clamp Ring Assembly, Plastic, for Sandstorm Filters, Compatible with Jacuzzi is an aftermarket clamp built to replace the original component in Jacuzzi filtration systems. In service it holds the two halves of the filter tank together against internal pressure. This is a consumable in practice: the band corrodes and the tensioning hardware seizes, which is a serious safety issue on a pressure vessel. Ours is made from stainless steel with reinforced hardware.
