Valve Adapter, 1-1/2-Inch, Compatible with Jacuzzi ST27 Valves — an aftermarket union / fitting dimensioned to drop into Jacuzzi filtration systems without modification. In service it connects sections of plumbing and allows equipment to be removed without cutting pipe. This is a consumable in practice: the nut threads strip and the seat distorts, so the joint can no longer be sealed by hand. Ours is molded in PVC / reinforced thermoplastic.
