An aftermarket Oreq-compatible part is manufactured to the same critical dimensions as the original but is not made by Oreq. We check every part against an OEM sample for thread pitch, port geometry and sealing surfaces before tooling is approved, so it installs without modification.
Oreq numbers typically carry prefixes such as POP — the number is usually molded into the part or printed on the equipment label. Enter it above to find cross-referenced replacements.
Before committing to a container, distributors should confirm fitment by OEM number, equipment model, and thread or port size. We supply photos, dimensional drawings and, on key parts, 3D models — plus samples for validation ahead of bulk production.
FAQ
Are these genuine Oreq parts?
No. We manufacture compatible aftermarket replacements. Oreq OEM numbers are listed to identify fitment only, and we are not affiliated with Oreq.
Do you supply BSP threads or only NPT?
Threaded fittings sold into the US are NPT. Australian plumbing is predominantly BSP, and the two are not interchangeable even where the nominal size matches — the thread angle and pitch differ. For any threaded item, confirm the standard when you send your list. Non-threaded parts (unions with O-ring seals, cartridges, gaskets) are unaffected.
Your pumps are built for the US market. Will the parts fit equipment running on 240V/50Hz?
Mechanical parts — O-rings, seals, impellers, diffusers, filter cartridges, valve components, baskets — are identical regardless of supply voltage, and fit the same way here as they do in the US. Motors and motor-driven assemblies are the exception: Australian supply is 230–240V 50Hz against 115/230V 60Hz in the US, and a 60Hz motor run on 50Hz turns roughly 17% slower, which changes flow rate and can overheat the winding. We do not substitute motors across frequencies. Tell us the part number and we will say plainly whether it is frequency-independent.
How does freight and lead time work to Australia?
Sea freight from Ningbo or Shanghai to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane typically runs 14–21 days port to port, Perth and Auckland slightly longer, plus production time. We quote FOB or CIF. Air freight is available for samples and urgent service parts.
