Product overview

This diffuser is a compatible replacement for the Jandy original, supplied as the Diffuser, 0.75-2.5 HP, Replacement for Jandy JHP and JHPU Pumps. In service it converts the velocity leaving the impeller into pressure and directs flow into the discharge. It is a wear item: the sealing lip and locating tabs wear, letting water recirculate inside the pump instead of moving downstream. Ours is molded in reinforced thermoplastic.
