The Backplate O-Ring for PB4-60 Booster Pump, Replacement for Polaris is an aftermarket o-ring built to replace the original component in Polaris circulation pumps. In service it forms the static seal between two mating components under compression. Replacement is routine: rubber hardens, flattens and cracks with heat, chlorine and UV exposure, and a failed o-ring is the most common source of air leaks and drips. Ours is molded in EPDM rubber.
