Polaris PB4-60 Booster Pump Impeller and O-Ring Kit — an aftermarket o-ring dimensioned to drop into Zodiac circulation pumps without modification. In service it forms the static seal between two mating components under compression. Replacement is routine: rubber hardens, flattens and cracks with heat, chlorine and UV exposure, and a failed o-ring is the most common source of air leaks and drips. Ours is molded in EPDM rubber and dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
