The Impeller and Diffuser Kit, 1 HP, Replacement for Jandy MHPM and WTFR Pumps is an aftermarket impeller built to replace the original component in Jandy circulation pumps. In service it accelerates water through the volute and generates the flow and head the pump is rated for. Replacement is routine: the vanes wear and the eye clogs with debris, which shows up as reduced flow and lower filter pressure. Ours is molded in glass-filled thermoplastic.
