Product overview
The MPT Plug, 2-Inch, Compatible with Pentair Filters is an aftermarket drain plug / cap built to replace the original component in Purex (Pentair) filtration systems. In service it seals a drain or service port and is removed for winterizing or servicing. This is a consumable in practice: the threads and sealing washer wear, and plugs are frequently lost during winterization. Ours is dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
