Product overview
This spider gasket is a compatible replacement for the Pentair original, supplied as the Rotor and Spider Gasket Assembly, Replacement for Pentair Valves. In service it seals the rotating valve key against the valve body so water is routed to only one port at a time. It is a wear item: the rubber compresses and takes a permanent set, letting water bypass between ports — the classic cause of a sand filter that leaks to waste. Ours is molded in EPDM rubber.
