This valve is a compatible replacement for the Jandy original, supplied as the 3-Port Valve, 1-1/2-Inch x 2-Inch, for NeverLube Valves. In service it controls the direction and shut-off of flow through the equipment pad. It is a wear item: the internal seals harden and the seat wears, so the valve no longer holds position or seals cleanly.
