Product overview
This gasket is a compatible replacement for the Jacuzzi original, supplied as the Foam Washer Gasket, 3-Inch OD, for EW75, EW100, EW125 and EW150 DE Filters. In service it seals the joint between two housing faces and keeps the circuit pressure-tight. This is a consumable in practice: the material compresses permanently and loses its rebound, so the joint begins to weep under pressure. Ours is molded in EPDM rubber and dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
