Product overview
This pump lid / trap cover is a compatible replacement for the Horizon original, supplied as the Strainer Cover Lid, 6-3/4-Inch OD, Compatible with Jacuzzi Magnum Pump Series. In service it seals the strainer pot and lets the operator see and clear the basket without breaking plumbing. Replacement is routine: the clear plastic crazes and clouds with chemical exposure, and the sealing surface distorts so the pump loses prime. Ours is molded in clear polycarbonate.
