This multiport valve is a compatible replacement for the Praher original, supplied as the Multiport Valve Kit, 1.5-Inch, for Baker 2 Filter, Compatible with Praher. In service it routes flow between filter, backwash, rinse, waste, recirculate and closed positions from a single control. Replacement is routine: the key seal wears and the detent mechanism loses positive location, so positions no longer seal cleanly.
