Union Adapter Kit, 2-1/2 x 2-Inch, for Clean & Clear Plus and FullFloXF — an aftermarket union / fitting dimensioned to drop into Pentair valve assemblies without modification. In service it connects sections of plumbing and allows equipment to be removed without cutting pipe. It is a wear item: the nut threads strip and the seat distorts, so the joint can no longer be sealed by hand. Ours is molded in PVC / reinforced thermoplastic.
