Hub Lateral Assembly for 25-Inch and 31-Inch Tanks, Compatible with Baker Hydro — an aftermarket lateral / center pipe dimensioned to drop into Baker Hydro filtration systems without modification. In service it collects filtered water from the bottom of the sand bed while holding the sand back. It is a wear item: the slots widen or the arms snap, which sends sand into the pool. Ours is molded in reinforced thermoplastic and dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
