The Burner Tray Without Burners and Manifold, Replacement for Raypak R405 Heater is an aftermarket manifold built to replace the original component in Raypak heating, sanitizing and lighting equipment. In service it distributes flow evenly across all filter elements and collects the filtered water. Replacement is routine: the element sockets crack and allow unfiltered bypass. Ours is molded in reinforced thermoplastic.
