Product overview
This multiport valve is a compatible replacement for the Praher original, supplied as the Side Mount Multiport Valve, 1-1/2-Inch FIP, ABS, for D.E. Filters. In service it routes flow between filter, backwash, rinse, waste, recirculate and closed positions from a single control. It is a wear item: the key seal wears and the detent mechanism loses positive location, so positions no longer seal cleanly. Ours is dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
