Middle Engine Housing with Ramp and Seals for MX8 Cleaners, Compatible with Zodiac — an aftermarket volute / housing dimensioned to drop into Zodiac skimmer and cleaning circuits without modification. In service it forms the pressure chamber around the impeller and directs flow to the discharge port. Replacement is routine: threaded ports and mounting bosses crack, usually from over-tightened plumbing or freeze damage. Ours is molded in reinforced thermoplastic and dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
