The Flapper Assembly, Replacement for Jacuzzi Pumps is an aftermarket check valve built to replace the original component in Jacuzzi circulation pumps. In service it allows flow in one direction only and prevents backflow into the pump or heater when the system stops. It is a wear item: the flapper hinge fatigues and the seat wears, allowing reverse flow and loss of prime. Ours is dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
