The Igniter Gasket for Max-E-Therm Heaters, Replacement for Sta-Rite is an aftermarket gasket built to replace the original component in Sta-Rite heating, sanitizing and lighting equipment. In service it seals the joint between two housing faces and keeps the circuit pressure-tight. Replacement is routine: the material compresses permanently and loses its rebound, so the joint begins to weep under pressure. Ours is molded in EPDM rubber and dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
